To, The Governor of Jharkhand. Your Excellency,
We the ordinary people of Jharkhand have high hopes and aspirations since imposition of Presidential rule in the state.We expect good governance, fair play, justice and protection of human rights and development of Jharkhand. In this connection, we urge you to institute an urgent Judicial Enquiry to find out the causes of police firing on the Adibasi people who were protesting against acquisition of their lands and displacement killing some and injuring many including some security personnel.We hope, you would pay your kind attention to this to diffuse the local situation which has almost become a no go area for the local administration compounding the the mistrust and the miseries of the Adibasi people.Some people including some injured are still in prison awaiting trial and justice. I would request Your Excellency to take urgent action in this connection to reassure the local people of fair play and justice in your administration.
